NOVEMBER 18 Solidarity Sleep Out | Solidarity Sleep Out is an opportunity for young people to take action and let the world know that they will not stand by quietly while their peers go homeless and hungry in the United States. We are currently seeking young people to organize groups in their community, on school campuses and in youth groups to sleep out on Friday, November 18 to raise awareness and funds for Covenant House. JULY 10 Jersey Shore Bracelets for Jersey Homeless Youth | Stop by the Normandy Inn, 21 Tuttle Ave., Spring Lake, from 1 to 3 p.m. to tour the historic inn and shop for original jewelry from the Jersey Shore Bracelet Company. Proceeds from each purchase will go to help the homeless youth of Covenant House New Jersey.
JULY 21 Summer Ice Cream Social | Enjoy the summer with our kids 6 to 8 p.m at the Newark Community Service Center. Join us for ice-cream, group tours and fun outside games with our youth. Help our kids by collecting and bringing bathing suits and towels for our youth to use this summer.
AUGUST 11 Summer Bash Block Party | Join the Marquette Knights of Columbus as they host an outdoor block party for our kids, our staff and our friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Delicious food, group tours and old-fashioned games to be enjoyed by all. Help our kids by collecting and bringing back-packs and school supplies to prepare our youth for school this Fall.
